Megafon mobile quiz
Megafon, one of the largest telecom companies in Russia, launched a special quiz game for its users to celebrate the company’s anniversary. The quiz focused on the history of telecommunications in Russia and was designed to be played for just one day. Top-performing participants were rewarded with prizes.

This mobile quiz was part of the company's birthday campaign and served as a simplified version of a larger desktop game and the "Museum of Network History" created by Megafon's internal team. The primary objective was to deliver a simple, engaging, and metrics-driven game designed specifically for one-day use.
Integrated voice assistant could voice over all the questions if needed to ensure users concentration on the road

Accessibility
Develop a mobile web game designed to engage users for a single day, strategically promoted within a navigation app during traffic jams. The game’s interface was carefully designed to be simple and non-distracting, ensuring it could entertain drivers safely without contributing to road accidents. The initiative aimed to boost user registrations and enhance engagement with the company

Research
As the project was made for car drivers and people using metro we had to do it engaging enough to catch their attention but certainly not to distract them in a bad way. So at this point our hypotheses were:
In the initial versions, I focused on defining the graphics and interface style while ensuring everything fit seamlessly on the screen. However, at that stage, the interface was overly detailed and lacked the engaging, game-like appearance needed to captivate users.
During the technical review with developers, I focused on ensuring the game's technical functionality. We discussed the login and chart features, which led to further modifications to ensure smooth and seamless performance.

First versions
#1 Vivid and fun experience for users
Main pages states depending on the date
The project aimed to captivate users' attention by integrating publicity into the Yandex Navigator app, driving traffic directly to the game. The interactions were enhanced with vibrant illustrations and a colorful design, creating a light and engaging experience. This served as a starting point to spark users' curiosity about the history of communication showcased in the company's museum, while also creating positive look for the brand.

#2 Rating system
The rating page, with thousands of users, was designed to be simple and easy to navigate. To avoid overwhelming users, I added dividers to highlight prize milestones, allowing users to quickly find their results. At the end of the game, users could easily see their points, rank, and any prizes won in their profile. I also added more information about Eva, the voice assistant in the quiz, to keep users engaged with MegaFon.
#3 Animations design
This mini-game experience attracted 100k active players and resulted in 20k new user registrations. Our efforts were highly appreciated by the client, recognizing the success of the project.
Although it was a mini-game launched for just one day, it required dynamic and interactive animations rather than static visuals. I created a preloader for the initial page load, a small loader for in-game loading, and button animations to enhance the experience for true and false answers in the quiz.
